  Seafood Dynamite
Our homemade California-Japanese dip with crab, shrimp, scallops, mushrooms and scallions. Served warm with crispy wonton chips.
  Crab Cakes Veracruz
Made from blue crab, pan sautéed and served with roasted corn & black bean salsa and a roasted red pepper aioli.
Calamari
Lightly fried calamari served with homemade remoulade and sweet Thai dipping sauces.
Lettuce Wraps
Minced chicken, wok-stirred with mushrooms, water chestnuts, green onions and a soy-ginger sauce. Served on crispy rice noodles with fresh lettuce leaves and Asian dipping sauces. Also available with shrimp, chicken and shrimp, or vegetarian.
Bangkok Calamari Salad
Lightly fried calamari, wok-stirred with mixed vegetables and Chinese cabbage in a sweet Thai chili sauce. Served warm. Also available with shrimp.
Fresh Grilled Artichoke
Artichoke halves grilled and brushed with garlic butter. Served with drawn butter and homemade remoulade sauce.
Avocado Club Egg Rolls
A fusion of East and West with chunks of fresh avocado, chicken, tomato, Monterey Jack cheese and applewood smoked bacon. Served with our homemade ranchito and ranch dipping sauces and accompanied by our whiskey blue cheese slaw.
Spin Dip
Our spin on the Spinach Artichoke Dip that has become wildly popular all around LA. Served with homemade tortilla chips.
Buffalo Shrimp
Shrimp tossed in Louisiana hot sauce and served with blue cheese dressing and a side of our whiskey blue cheese slaw.
Santa Fe Cornbread
Our homemade cornbread made with jalapeños, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Served warm with honey butter.

LA Food Show Bowl
Chicken breast, fresh beets, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, avocado, tomatoes, chopped egg and applewood smoked bacon. Served over a bed of chopped lettuce tossed with your choice of dressing.
Three Crunch Chinese Chicken Salad
The three crunches come from toasted almonds, wontons and crispy rice noodles. Tossed with chicken breast and a ginger-infused sweet and sour dressing.
Chopped Grilled Vegetable Salad
Grilled asparagus, eggplant, roasted corn, zucchini, scallions, roasted Roma tomatoes and avocado served over a bed of chilled Romaine lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette. Also available with grilled chicken breast, sautéed salmon, or grilled shrimp.
Caesar Salad
A classic tossed with homemade Caesar dressing. Also available with grilled chicken breast, sautéed salmon, grilled shrimp or fried calamari.
Miso Seafood Salad
Chopped Napa cabbage with a touch of iceberg lettuce, fresh avocado, julienne cucumbers, daikon, edamame, carrots, green onions, cilantro, crispy rice noodles and crispy wontons all tossed in a Miso dressing topped with shrimp and blue crab. Substitute shrimp with all blue crab for an additional charge. Available with chicken upon request.
Cabo San Lucas
Grilled chicken breast, red peppers, black beans, roasted corn, jicama, fried tortilla strips and cilantro. Tossed with a lime-cilantro peanut dressing. Also available with grilled shrimp. Avocado added upon request.
Prime Steak Salad
Grilled sliced USDA Prime steak served warm over spring lettuce mix, roasted Roma tomatoes and crumbled Gorgonzola cheese. Topped with buttermilk-battered onion rings and served with your choice of blue cheese dressing or balsamic vinaigrette.
Bangkok Calamari Salad
Lightly fried calamari, wok-stirred with mixed vegetables and Chinese cabbage in a sweet Thai chili sauce. Served warm. Also available with shriimp.
Waldorf Chicken Salad
Our rendition of a NYC favorite! Chicken breast, seedless grapes, candied walnuts, Granny Smith apples, celery and spring lettuce mix. Tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and topped with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.

A creamless vegetarian soup made with fresh asparagus. Garnished with croutons.
Adobe Chicken Chowder
A rich chowder with chicken, cream, Wehani rice, sweet toasted corn, roasted green chilies, mild onions, bell peppers and cilantro. Garnished with crispy corn tortilla strips.
Seafood Bisque
Seafood bisque with an added touch of spice, layered with hearty chunks of shrimp, scallops, clams and calamari.
Beijing Chicken Dumpling Soup
Wonton chicken dumplings are wok-simmered to order with bok choy, Shiitake mushrooms, scallions and water chestnuts in a hearty stock.
